The following provisions become part of the package travel contract concluded between the customer and Hiking-Inspirations GbR (“HI” for short) upon conclusion of the contract. They supplement and complete the statutory provisions of Sections 651a – y BGB (German Civil Code) and Articles 250 and 252 of the EGBGB (Introductory Act to the BGB).
